BELL COUNTY, TX — The crash involving multiple vehicles on I-35 southbound near Salado has been cleared.
Earlier in the afternoon the crash was causing traffic delays to those driving through the area.
The Texas Department of Transportation said the crash happened near the rest area south of Salado.
TxDOT officials said the off-ramp to FM 2268 is open north of the crash site and advised drivers to use extreme caution in the area.
