CENTRAL TEXAS — The forecast isn't changing any time soon. Expect more heat and fire danger in Central Texas this afternoon. We'll continue it into the weekend as well with highs nearing 105°.
The high heat continues into next week as well, though there are some signs that highs will dip to 102-103 next week, but that's still hot.
