LOTT, TX — Emergency responders freed a person who was trapped in their car after a crash in Lott.
Police said around 6:30 a.m., a semi was traveling north on Highway 77 when it hit a red SUV traveling west on Loop 320. The SUV was stopped at the intersection's stop sign where several semis were passing, then entered the intersection where the crash occurred.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
