Chip and Joanna Gaines are bringing a new coffee shop to the Waco scene.
Magnolia announced that it would be breaking ground on a new coffee shop at 418 S. 8th Street in early March.
The coffee shop is unnamed at this time but is expected to include a full-service coffee bar, fresh-baked pastries and other menu offerings.
The shop will also have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a to-go window.
