Newsweek's annual customer service report was recently released and in it, names Chick-fil-A as the country's best fast-food restaurant for customer service.
When it comes to fast-food restaurants, Chick-fil-A ranks first, with Sonic Drive-In and Arby's following behind.
Other notable first-place winners of best customer service are Cracker Barrel, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks and Firehouse Subs.
Unfortunately, when it comes to supermarkets, H-E-B did not make the top three. Those spots were given to Publix, No. 1, ShopRite, No. 2, and Trader Joe's, No. 3.
Newsweek worked with Statista, a global research firm, to collect and analyzed data across 141 retail stores to come up with the report.
