BELTON, Texas – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women’s basketball player Hannah Holt has been named American Southwest Conference West Division Player of the Week for the week ending January 20th. This is Holt’s second ASC player of the week honor this season.
Holt, a junior guard from Lumberton High School, posted a double-double in UMHB’s 79-54 victory at Concordia Texas on Saturday. She led the Cru with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Holt hit 7-12 from the field and added two assists and a steal in the game.
The UMHB women are 17-1 overall and have a 9-0 record in ASC play on the year. The Cru will return to action with ASC West Division games at Howard Payne and Sul Ross State this week.
