The Cameron Park Zoo is inviting the public to Razak’s second birthday party.

Everyone is invited to head to the orangutan exhibit at 2 p.m. Razak and his mom, Mei, will enjoy a Mickey Mouse themed party.

Guests can watch Razak with his gifts and there will be cake available for guests to enjoy.

Wacoan Kelly Tetan frequents the zoo with her kids, just to see baby Razak grow.

"We've been zoo member since my oldest who is 11, was a baby and so it's been really fun to watch him grow up and get to see him." Tetan said.

Her kids all had one thing to say about Razak.

"He's really really really cute!" Tetan's kids said.

Last year, the Cameron Park Zoo sponsored a Milk Drive for the orphaned baby orangutans at the Bornean Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) baby houses.

"Unfortunately, orangutans are the first great ape endangered to go extinct. So having a baby is a really big deal and we like to celebrate and spread that message of conservation" Primate zookeeper Laura Klutts said.

The zoo said the dive was so successful, they decided to do it again.

"For Razak's birthday this year we don't want any presents, we're doing a milk drive for Razak to help his wild cousins," Klutts said. "So we're sending over as much money as we can to buy that formula for those babies."

The Milk Drive will kick off on Saturday and continue through Feb. 12. All funds raised will be sent to BOSF to purchase formula.
