BELTON, Texas – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women’s basketball player Kendall Rollins has been named American Southwest Conference West Division Player of the Week for the week ending December 16th. This is the second ASC weekly honor of the year for Rollins and the fourth overall for the Cru women.
Rollins, a junior guard from Tompkins High School, had team-highs with 16 points and nine rebounds in UMHB’s 82-57 win over University of the Ozarks on Saturday. She shot 50 percent from the field and also went 2-4 from three-point range. Rollins added two steals, an assist and a blocked shot in the victory.
UMHB is 9-0 overall and has a 4-0 mark in ASC play on the season.
