The Xtreme Football League announced its eight home cities today and Texas got two on the list.
Dallas and Houston will host teams for the new league when it begins play in February of 2020.
“After months of research and consideration, we’re thrilled to announce the cities and venues of the XFL’s eight inaugural teams,” said Luck. “We are committed to being ingrained in the local community and extremely fortunate that our teams will have world-class facilities to call home.”
The unnamed franchises will play in Globe Life Park in Dallas and TDECU Stadium in Houston.
The XFL will debut in New York, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Seattle, Tampa Bay, and Washington D.C. as well.
