Waco police are warning citizens that they will be heavily enforcing the abandoned motor vehicle policy.
Police will be placing a red tag on cars in an effort to clean up and clear Waco streets. The red tags are a warning for owners to move the vehicle off the roadway or it will be towed within five days.
