A female Labrador was found off State Highway 14 on Monday.
According to the City of Groesbeck, the female dog was found wearing an orange shock collar and a brown cloth collar. Her injuries were consistent of road rash on her head and front right leg.
She appeared to have sustained falling from a vehicle. She is currently receiving care for her injuries.
