On Nov. 3, a newlywed couple died in a helicopter crash while leaving their wedding ceremony.
The Houstonian, the student newspaper for Sam Houston State University, identified the couple as Will Byler and Bailee Ackerman Byler.
Madi Wagner, a photographer in Waco, shot their engagement photos. Not only was she the couple's photographer, but also their friend.
"Will and Bailee were two of the most precious people," Wagner said. "They walked around with smiles in their back pockets to give others and were always available to lend a helping hand in any situation. Their love was like no other. The two loved Jesus and were perfect for each other."
Wagner also made a post on Facebook that's been shared nearly 20,000 times. In the post, she mentions how "these two spent their last day on this earth celebrating with their most cherished loved ones. I believe it truly was the best day of their lives."
