No. 13 Baylor soccer (12-4-0, 5-1-0 Big 12) enters the final full weekend of the 2018 regular season, welcoming Kansas State (4-9-2, 0-6-0 Big 12) on Friday at 7 p.m. and Kansas (10-3-2, 4-2-0 Big 12) on Sunday at 2 p.m., with both matches scheduled for Betty Lou Mays Soccer Field.
Friday’s match is this year’s Faith and Family night, featuring postgame testimonies from some of the student-athletes and a free Baylor mini-flashlight giveaway.
Sunday’s match is the annual Sic Cancer match, raising awareness for childhood cancer and advocating for research towards a cure. There will also be a free Baylor soccer hat giveaway.
Sunday’s match with KU will be televised on ESPNU, with Tyler Terens (pxp) and Lori Lindsey (analyst) on the call.
For the first time in program history, all non-televised home matches will offer a free live video stream on Facebook.com/BaylorFutbol.
Baylor soccer has also entered year two of a partnership with La Mejor (106.1 FM) to offer a Spanish radio broadcast of all games at Betty Lou Mays this season.
