A new playground made for kids with all abilities is coming to Waco.

The Little Land Play Gym announced the opening of its new location at 1201 Hewitt Drive, Suite 107.

Ernie Beltz, Jr., Co-founder and CEO of Little Land Play Gym, has one goal in mind.

“Our goal is to help children cultivate big imaginations, creativity, and curiosity through play," Beltz said.

All the play equipment was designed by pediatric therapists equipped to support the growth of sensory processing, speech skills, fine and gross motor skills and social development.

Little Land co-founder, Debbie Garcia-Beltz, spent nearly 20 years as a pediatric occupational therapist and used her experience as the foundation to create the gym’s concept. Garcia-Beltz said that play now has a purpose with this new equipment.

The gym is set to be open all week offering open play, birthday parties, day and summer camp, parent’s night out and classes that include sensory art.

Since their first concept started in Austin in 2014, this is the sixth Little Land gym to open in Texas and internationally. Little Land is working on their seventh in Katy.
