UMHB beat Hardin-Simmons 26-0 to remain undefeated on the year, and officially be the only undefeated team in the ASC.
The Crusaders hosted the Cowboys Saturday night in a game that typically decides the ASC title.
The game was delayed due to lightning, but as soon as the teams got the all clear, the Cru wasted no time finding the end zone.
DeNarian Thomas fought his way into the end zone for the Cru's first two touchdowns of the night.
The Cru will be on the road next week in search of another win. UMHB will play at Howard Payne, and kick off is set for 1 p.m.
