The Bertram Police Department said that they have caught a raccoon stealing food from an area nursing home.
Police nicknamed the creature "Rocky Raccoon." They said in a Facebook post that he was trying to commit burglary.
"This bandit loves food from the nursing home, so he stayed too long at the crime scene," the police department said.
