Four people were injured after a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday.
According to Harker Heights police, at 6:36 p.m. emergency services were notified of an accident at the 3300 block of Stillhouse Lake Road.
The preliminary investigation states that a black Hyundai Sonata was driving northbound and may have fallen asleep when it drifted into the southbound lane.
The Hyundai hit a silver Toyota Corolla that was traveling southbound, resulting in a crash.
The two people in the Hyundai and the two in the Toyota were all injured by the crash, according to Harker Heights police.
The driver of the Toyota was airlifted to Baylor Scott and White in Temple, and all other occupants were transported to a hospital for treatment.
This is an ongoing investigation.
