The Navarro County Sheriff’s Office and the SPCA removed 68 dogs from a home on Wednesday.
According to the NCSO, they worked together with the SPCA to remove the dogs from a location at the 7100 block of South I-45 Angus.
The elderly owner became overwhelmed and voluntarily surrendered the animals, so they could receive proper care.
