"We're prepared. We're ready for adversity. We understand it's going to happen. It happens in the game of football so we'll be ready," said senior running back JaMycal Hasty.
That's good, because last season threw injuries, suspensions, and a whole lot of losses at the Bears. They quickly fell behind after starting the third youngest lineup in the country, but this season feels different.

Baylor has experience this season. They should know how to handle the Big 12 grind, so if against Abilene Christian Saturday something doesn't break their way?
"It's the next play. What's next? So you get the next play, tap your hat, focus on that next play and clear it," explained senior defensive back Henry Black.
The Green and Gold will get a chance to show everyone what they've got Saturday night at 7:00 when they play in McLane Stadium for the first time.
