The #ComebackSZN will be in full effect Friday as former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel will make his first start for the Montreal Alouettes.
Manziel will play the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Hamilton originally owned the rights to Manziel, but traded him July 22nd for a pair of first round draft picks.
The Heisman trophy winner told reporters that coaches informed him of his start moments before today's press conference.
Manziel has been a reserve for his six weeks north of the border, but coaches say he's earned the opportunity to play.
