The driver killed in a head-on collision in Mart was identified on Tuesday.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Ryan Howard, the accident happened around 8:17 a.m. on FM 939 just south of Thompson Road.
Howard said two vehicles, a Dodge SUV and a GMC Arcadia, collided head-on when one was driving on the wrong side of the road.
The driver of the Dodge, 53-year-old Michael Griffin, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Driver and passenger of the GMC were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
