Slideshow: Severe July weather in Central Texas
Some Central Texans might see some rain later this evening.
First Alert Central Texas is tracking storms moving into the area from the northeast.
Scattered showers and storms are expected in the area. There have been reports of damage in Navarro County and by some people in the McLennan County area.
Most counties will not experience severe weather but a few strong to severe storms could be possible in some areas.
The bulk of the storm activity is expected to occur between late morning and evening over the next few days.
