A police officer in Seguin got more than he bargained for when he attempted to pull a vehicle over.
A "rather large" snake stood in the way of him and the vehicle he had pulled over.
In a Facebook post, the police department said called the incident, "Ways of Getting Out of Citation 101" with the hashtags #theydidntcoverthisinthepoliceacademy #areyoufreakingkiddingme #imoutofhere.
The police department did not say whether or not the vehicle in question received a ticket during the incident.
