Baylor pitcher Cody Bradford pitched three scoreless innings and catcher Shea Langeliers was named series MVP as USA baseball completed their sweep of Chinese Taipei.
Bradford started the game strong registering three strikeouts and only surrendering one run before USA baseball moved on to a different pitcher.
Team USA registered seven hits and four runs on their way to a 4-1 win.
Langeliers did not play in the final game of the series, but in the three games he did play he was exceptional defensively. Add on that Langeliers went 3-10 at the player with an RBI and one run scored and voters thought it was enough to award him MVP honors.
USA's collegiate national team will head to Charlotte next for the first matchup in a five game series against Japan.
