Three people were killed after a collision caused by a truck driving in the wrong lane on June 29.
Texas Department of Public Safety said the crash happened on State Highway 174, south of Blum around 3 p.m. A Dodge pickup was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes when it crashed into a Chevrolet van.
The pickup truck driver, 39-year-old Jason Jackson, and passenger 35-year-old Vera Jackson were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 48-year-old Teresa Hoyt, was taken to the hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
DPS said the other Chevrolet occupants were also taken to the hospital with various injuries.
No charged have been filed, DPS said.
