Texas Department of Transportation said lanes on Interstate 35 will be closed in Belton as inspection teams will be performing regularly scheduled checkups at the I-14/I-35 interchange Thursday afternoon.
The mainlanes will be closing one lane at a time in both directions as inspectors access the flyover bridge support structures.
TxDOT says inspections should last until around 1:30 p.m.
