Fort Hood has closed its dirt roads and low water tactical crossings on Wednesday after storms brought high levels of water to the area.
Officials said the crossings will be closed until the water goes down, but regular traffic roads are still open.
An emergency alert was sent out to those in the area around 9:45 a.m.
