CJ Carter is the son of DPS Region 4 Media Lt. Elizabeth Carter and he is 10-41 (on duty)!
He is currently ranked as a "junior trooper" and is stationed in the El Paso area. His duties include going to bed on time, looking adorable, entertaining guests, boosting morale and patrolling the area with his K9 sidekick.
We sure do feel safe with Trooper Carter around!
