Southbound Interstate 35 in Belton has reopened after police say a truck spilling diesel has caused multiple accidents.
Belton police said that southbound I-35 at the I-14 WB merge was closed, but was cleared around 2 a.m.
A truck spilling diesel has caused the roadway to become extremely slick and causing several accidents.
