TxDOT said a car accident is causing delays on northbound I-35 at Hillyard Rd. north of Troy.
The crash is north of Big Elm Rd. between a car and a semi-truck.
Hazmat has been called out for cleanup.
Traffic has been backed up to almost Temple.
