A major accident involving an 18-wheeler on northbound Interstate 35 closed two lanes near Hillsboro early Tuesday morning. The lanes were reopened by 8 a.m.
TxDOT said a hazmat crew was brought on scene for cleanup around 5 a.m.
The right and center lanes, as well as the right shoulder, were closed near Cho Street and mile marker 366.
