For the second consecutive week, McLennan sophomore Victoria Vasquez has been named the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week.
The San Marcos native picked up a 15-2 run-rule victory over Vernon in her only appearance last week, allowing only one earned run while recording eight strikeouts in five innings of work.
