A minor accident on southbound Interstate 35 has blocked the left lane and caused about a 15-minute delay for drivers.
TxDOT said the crash happened near mile marker 313, south of Eddy.
Around 8 a.m., traffic was backed up though Bruceville-Eddy near Eagle Drive and the railroad crossing.
By 8:10 a.m., the accident was cleared.
