On July 5, Providence Hospital will announce its first-ever DAISY award winner.
The DAISY award celebrates nurses for outstanding patient care. The DAISY Award program was developed by the Barnes family and has grown to over 2500 facilities in all 50 states and 15 countries worldwide.
Each recipient, announced monthly, receives a certificate, a DAISY award pin, a hand-carved Healer’s Touch sculpture from Zimbabwe, a banner to hang in their unit all month and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.
