7-Eleven, Inc. has agreed to purchase Sunoco LP.
The agreement means that 7-Eleven will acquire 1,108 convenience stores in 18 states.
This includes the associated trademarks and intellectual property of the Laredo Taco Company and Stripes.
The purchase agreement was for $3.3 billion.
