SLIDESHOW: Killeen Police arrest sixteen during prostitution sting

Killeen Police arrested 19 people during a prostitution sting using Backpage.com over the weekend.

According to arrest affidavits, detectives placed an ad on the controversial website and bugged a local hotel room with audio and video equipment.

Ten men and six women replied to the ad and went to the room where they offered an undercover officer sexual services ranging from $30-$200. Once negotiations were made, each person was arrested on site.

The youngest placed in cuffs was 17 years old.

Their names were Damian Lawrence Steptore, 24; Shenika Monique Gardner, 29; Kyle Hawk, 28; Fernando Ramirez, 36; Shaevone Quashie, 25; Jesus Ortega, 36; Devin Terrance Walker, 17; Ce'Shean Malik Eaton, 18; Scharid Marie Woodson, 24; Bo Dylan Moore, 19; Nichelle Sheilaya Tyler, 33; Jessica Danielle Slauson, 29; J Deny Munoz Tamayo, 38; Nicole M. Colon, 28; Zellious Tyrone Wright, 22; and Jecobi Sheffield, 24.

Judge Garland Potvin set their bonds at $3,000 each.

There were 26 escort ads for Killeen on Backpage.com during the days of the undercover operation.
