A 53-year-old man is has been sentenced to 70 years on charges that he had an indecent relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
In July 2014 Sean Jeffrey Foster was charged with indecency with a child by contact after the victim told a friend, who then told a parent.
A McLennan County jury sentenced Foster to 30 years TDC for burglary of a habitation- count I, 15 years TDC for each count of indecency with a child by contact- counts II-IV, 15 years TDC for indecency with a child by exposure- count V, and 10 years TDC for indecency with a child by exposure- count VI.
The judge ordered counts II-VI to run consecutive to count I.
