Copperas Cove Police arrested Dana Charles Young on Wednesday after receiving complaints that he was terrorizing a woman.
That woman told officers Young has been following her and threatening her for about a month.
She claimed that the man approached her multiple times on Tuesday as she walked to work.
The woman says she tried to ignore Young, but he popped back up near her home and threatened to kill her and her father as well as blow her house up.
