AUSTIN, TX — The No. 11 Texas A&M Aggies renew their most played rivalry Tuesday when they travel to Austin to play the No. 17 Texas Longhorns in a 6:30 p.m. contest at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
The game will be televised nationally on FS1 with Dave Barnett (play-by-play) and Pat Combs (color) on the call.
Braden Shewmake enters the game on a 12-game hit streak. During the span, the Wylie, Texas, native is batting .418 (23-for-55) with 13 runs, two doubles, one triple, two home runs and 14 RBI. After batting just .185 (5-for-27) the first eight games of 2019, Shewmake has caught fire the last 22 contests, hitting. 381 (37-for-97) with 19 runs and 29 RBI.
