HOUSTON, TX — The Houston Texans have fired Bill O'Brien as head coach and general manager, sources told ESPN's Dan Graziano and Adam Schefter.
The Texans CEO and Chairman Cal McNair released a statement soon after saying the team would be "moving in a different direction."

The Texans are off to an 0-4 start this season.
Assistant head coach Romeo Crennel will serve as interim coach, according to McNair's statement.
