WACO, TX — Baylor Football has postponed the start of spring practice as coronavirus concerns spread across the country and sports world.
The team released a statement Wednesday night saying the team is "taking every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our student athletes and the Baylor community."
Spring practice will be postponed until at least March 23. Baylor Football said the situation will continue to be monitored and any further schedule changes deemed necessary will be made as more information becomes available.

Baylor Football also announced no potential student-athletes will be permitted to make official or unofficial visits to campus until at least March 23.
