WACO, TX — The Greater Waco Chamber launched a Buy Local webpage, as part of its Waco Supporting Waco initiative.
The launch coincides with Governor Abbott’s Executive Order to open Texas businesses under the new “Retail-to-Go”model.
Featuring Greater Waco Chamber retailers, service providers, and restauranteurs, the Waco Chamber urges the community to shop and buy local, in order to help support the area’s small businesses through the COVID-19 crisis.
“The Greater Waco Chamber is fortunate to have many small businesses as members. These small businesses were created and are led by our regions entrepreneurially-minded, creative people. They employ many Wacoans. Now more than ever, we encourage you to support our local small business community,” stated Matt Meadors, president and CEO of the Greater Waco Chamber.
