GATESVILLE, TX — The Dairy Queen in Gatesville wanted to make those who can't see their family smile this week. They gave every resident a free ice cream sandwich.
The governor has not allowed visitors to see patients in nursing homes or rehabilitation centers, but Texans are finding innovative ways to support senior citizens.
