COLLEGE STATION, TX — The Tacobar in College Station has been working hard through the pandemic as they try to stay open for their customers.
Thankfully, they have a drive-thru so business hasn't changed much there.
However, as restaurant capacity moves from 75 to 50 percent the Tacobar is adapting when they need to.
"It was a lot of changes that we had to adjust and just adapt everyday," owner, Rolando Gonzalez said.
Wearing a mask and working hard is his new motto, all while serving up some great Mexican food.
"We're doing everything we can in our hands to maintain a safe space and safe sanitized environments in the restaurant," Gonzalez said.
Gonzales' hard work is being noticed by those who stop by.
"The food is amazing, it's authentic and I really love that the owner is back there he's the hardest working person in the building," customer David Marethouse said.
As we all work day to day, Gonzalez can't help but think what tomorrow will bring.
"What's going to happen next? Are we going to be able to continue moving forward are we going backwards? We're just trying to adapt as we can and continue pushing forward," Gonzaez said.
