CENTRAL TEXAS — From law enforcement to health and fitness, Centex Mobile Muscle just opened and they're bringing the workout to you.
When Matt Cunningham pulls up to meet his clients he brings with him years of experience and a will to find a way to help you improve your health.
"The last twelve years I've been with the sheriff's office the last six with the SWAT team. And staying in shape was a big part of who I was. I started to get serious about it and decided to get my personal trainer's certificate," said Matt.
Centex Mobile Muscle is Central Texas' newest local business.
"Launching a business is nerve-wracking in itself but I think it is a good idea since people are timid to go to the gym with the pandemic going on," said Matt.
Skipping the gym and the extra fees that go along with gym membership is convenient for his customers.
"I had three teachers from Lorena yesterday this is what we did. We did an upper-body circuit," said Matt.
He has all the equipment to get you in shape, anytime or place.
"I think the convenience of going to the client. People are intimidated for going to the gym. But there's no reason to be intimidated at your own house, or park or where ever you want to meet," said Matt.
He designs a circuit training workout based on your fitness level and needs and most workouts are 45 minutes to an hour.
"Just need to get it off the ground and get it running and have some good word of mouth," said Matt.
