Hometown Bakery strives to adapt to anything the community needs when it comes to catering options. Regardless of the event or food.

"We can do pretty much any event plus just being a regular food truck," said Diane Nowlain, owner of Hometown Bakery. " We can be tacos, we can be bbq, we can be gourmet."

Nowlain says her business became a reality thanks to her church and family.

"Our church offered us the kitchen here to work from, and we got that approved, and a cousin had a food truck that he wasn't doing anything with, and I thought 'I think I want to do that.'"

Since 2019, they've provided countless options for catering needs throughout Central Texas.

"We customize the menu for you. If you call me and tell me that you have a baby shower, I will give you options, and you pick from those options."

She says they've stayed busy throughout the pandemic and hope the momentum continues in 2021.

"We want to be busier and serve more people and bless more people. We want everyone to have a good 2021."
