BRYAN, TX — 3rd On Main has only been open for a year and a half but the owners Wade and Mary Beckman have been serving the city of Bryan for a long time.
They own not only 3rd On Main but Shipwreck Grill and Amico Nave Ristorante. 3rd On Main has been their most recent addition, opening in 2018. Keeping up with three restaurants during a pandemic was difficult they couldn't operate out of all three so they condensed.
"We shifted all of our all three restaurants to one restaurant and offered to take out from all three out of Amico Nave," owner, Wade Beckman said.
Happy to finally spread out once again and offer dine-in they are ready to serve those willing to come out.
"What we wanted to do was be apart of the solution. Do the right things run a really really high level of sanitation for those that are ready to come out," Beckman said.
They even have an employee dedicated to strictly cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant throughout their entire shift. This includes sanitizing all surfaces every 30 minutes.
Employee, Rebecca Green, is just happy to be back at 3rd On Main even if she has to wear a mask all day.
"It's a lot of change with our masks and gloves but it's nice seeing everybody back in," Green said.
She's worked at 3rd On Main for a year and loves it because she knows Beckman cares for his employees.
"I love Wade and Mary, they go beyond for us even our managers at all three restaurants they're all just amazing," Green said.
3rd On Main is open Monday-Wednesday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information visit theirwebsite or follow theirFacebook page for the latest menu.
