WACO, TX — Nine people were rescued by the Waco swift water rescue team Wednesday night.
According to the department, it happened at the Waco RV Park at 7224 E. Highway 6.
The rescue team rescued nine people from the area. Everyone is safe, and there were no injuries.
One RV home was lifted, according to officials.
No one was in immediate danger, but floodwaters were prohibiting access to and from trailers.
AMR was standing by in case of injuries.
The McLennan County Sheriff's Office and Game Wardens are also on the scene.
The Red Cross is assisting with the incident.
