The Heart of Texas Fire Corps are able to purchase a much needed tool thanks to a recent grant.
The Union Pacific Foundation awarded the fire corps a grant, which will be put towards a new, quieter generator for their rehab unit.
The generator will help run the 110 A/C's, heaters, cool vest system and lights, according to the Heart of Texas Fire Corps.
The rehab bus helps first responders recover during breaks while on long or big scenes.
