NAVARRO COUNTY — Two people from Colorado were arrested in Navarro County for multiple narcotic-related charges.
According to the Navarro County Sheriff's Office, on Sunday, August 25, around 7:49 p.m., deputies responded to a physical disturbance inside a vehicle in the 8000 block of South Highway 287.
NCSO says the vehicle stopped prior to the deputies' arrival. One person fled from the vehicle and sought help at a citizen's residence. The citizen called the sheriff's office, and deputies responded.
An investigation led to a man and woman being arrested on numerous narcotic-related charges. NCSO says deputies seized marijuana, THC oils, methamphetamine, various prescription pills and assorted narcotic paraphernalia.

The two were from Colorado and passing through Navarro County.
